By downloading, installing, or using Ritual by CariStudios (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Ritual by CariStudios is a wellness tracking product that lets users log activity, review summaries, and share selected public recaps. The app is intended for personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to compromise the app

You retain ownership of the content you submit through Ritual, including logs, notes, and associated statistics. By using the app, you grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content as part of the service.

Our Content

The app, including its software, branding, design assets, and interface elements, belongs to CariStudios or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Health Disclaimer

Ritual is intended for informational and self-tracking purposes only. It is not medical advice and should not be treated as a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or exercise guidance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CariStudios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of Ritual. If a direct liability applies, it is limited to the amount paid for the app or related services in the prior 12 months.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ritual is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or suitability for any specific purpose.

9. Modifications to Service

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Ritual as the product evolves. We may also revise these terms, and continued use after a revision means the updated terms apply going forward.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Ritual if these terms are violated, if the service is abused, or if continued access creates legal or security risk.

11. Governing Law

These terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable governing law. If a more specific jurisdictional framework is required, it should be added as part of a formal legal review.
